This is a group coaching program that will take you from being in the all or nothing mindset to finally stressing less over food. This is Chelsea's signature 1 week program for someone looking for high touch coaching and contact for a shorter period of time. You'll have the ability to work on up to 3 areas that you feel you need the most help with. This can be anything from building balanced meals, improving energy levels, diet mindset, body image, etc. Think of it as your opportunity to tweak whatever you feel is holding you back with 1, 90 minute or 2, 45 minute calls + unlimited chatting for 1 week straight with suggestions, swap recommendations, check-ins and feedback in real time.

Corporate Wellness Presentations:

Looking to bring wellness into the workplace? Chelsea offers corporate wellness presentations on topics such as how to avoid that afternoon "crash", incorporating more fiber and protein in your day, and myth busting nutrition information. Chelsea also provides pantry makeovers and snack ideas, nutrition counseling to employees, and content creation. All presentations are available virtual as well as in person in the Manhattan area.
